Hello, I'm Joyce Rodgers, founder of J Rodgers Insurance Group.

I built my business around something that has always been important to me: caring for people.

I believe some of the most important financial and insurance decisions we make happen during major transitions in our lives—turning 65, retiring, protecting our families, planning for the future, or simply realizing that it is time to get our affairs in order.

During those moments, people do not need more confusion. They need someone willing to listen.

That is the kind of professional I strive to be.

My work includes helping individuals and families with Medicare, life insurance, individual health insurance, and retirement-related insurance considerations. But my purpose goes beyond insurance products.

I want my clients to understand their choices. I want them to feel comfortable asking questions. Most importantly, I want them to know they have someone they can call after the paperwork is signed.

My experience in healthcare and insurance began shortly after high school, when I started working with companies in the medical and insurance fields. That experience gave me an early understanding of how healthcare, insurance, and benefits affect individuals and families.

My desire to help others became even more personal as I helped my own parents and grandparents understand healthcare, insurance, and the benefits available to them. I saw how confusing these decisions could become, particularly as people approached Medicare and retirement.

I wanted to become someone people could turn to for education, guidance, and continued support—not simply someone selling them an insurance product.

I began working specifically in the Medicare industry in 2017 and have personally served approximately 600 Medicare clients. I have also helped individuals and families with life insurance, health insurance, and other protection needs.

I especially enjoy working with people approaching Medicare and retirement because these are exciting milestones, but they can also bring many questions. My role is to simplify the process, explain available options in language you can understand, and help you make informed decisions based on your individual circumstances.

Before entering the insurance business, I also worked as a Realtor and obtained my real estate license. That experience strengthened my understanding of how important it is for individuals and families to protect the assets and security they have worked hard to build.

I do not believe in treating people like transactions or policy numbers. I believe in relationships.

My goal is for J Rodgers Insurance Group to be a place where individuals and families can receive thoughtful guidance through multiple stages of life—from health insurance and Medicare to life insurance and retirement.

At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief:

That is why I do not just want to be the agent you call when you need something. I want to be your caring agent—serving you from the heart today and for the years ahead.
